How to prevent an empty Library rebuilt on Nfs Client when server down

I got a situation similar to this

Except I am using OMV. Anyway  so 2 machines , the first one is the NFS server witch got the media disks and the second one NFS client with Emby docker as server sometime the first machine is down, so how to prevent emby to scan a ghost empty  library when when the MNT points are not there?
