I didn't see an option to list networks.

Try rebooting your notebook and see what IP it comes back with.

I restarted the server and it still stuck. Thanks for all the help everybody!

It is the first option on that page.

But as the note shows we still truly do not know what private ip space is already covered.

And you're certain these are just switches?  They should be effectively transparent and affect nothing.  I guess that simply disconnecting the server and reconnecting it is what got the IP address reset to the router's subnet.  But I think it will be necessary to find out where the 192.168.200.2 address came from, because if there is a rogue DHCP server somewhere, your networking will not remain stable even if we get it going for you.

It's the still unfixed forum bug that if you reply to a post at the end of the page before last it doesn't refresh to show that it worked - so by reflex I click again and get another copy (and so on until I remember).
