Selling server access.

Hello, I'm new to emby. I found out about this through a YouTube video. The terms of use is a bit unclear to me. If I build an emby server with original content, can I sell access to my server? I'm under the impressions that it can be used for commercial purposes so I also wanted to change the logo up so emby wouldn't be liable for any issues and my users will come to me instead. 

Any light on this would be good before I go full regalia. Thanks!
