Question about my Emby user permissions

I renamed my server which holds my media libraries, and after deleting the libraries (in Emby) using the old name and adding back with the new, I have no TV Shows category. I logged into the PC as the user running the Emby service and successfully navigated to the TV Shows library location and played a video using a stand alone player (so I assume access is not an issue). It is unclear why Emby refuses to add the category (it appears in settings that it has found videos - see the image; but no category on the main screen or option in "Home Screen" setting).

I had forgotten to mention, I have tried "Refresh Metadata" (with replace images checked and again as unchecked);

I have "Scan Library Files";

I have changed Emby service to run as "Automatic (Delayed Start)".

Nothing has helped. Interestingly you do see that it has updated the nfo and image files:

May be silly, but have you validated that your user has 'access' to the TV Shows library? eg. User > Access

 

Given that it doesn't show up in the Library Order, that makes me think that user doesn't have access to that particular Library.
