Problem logging in to emby theater

Greetings to all members of the community. I have a problem logging in to the emby theater, when I created the account, it first connected to my emby server without any problems, however when I first logged in and tried again it started throwing me the error that it was the wrong password or username. I tried on various ones to get rid of typing multiple times, deleting the emby and reinstalling, but nothing helped. I even made another order but the same thing happened on it. If anyone has an idea how I could solve this I would be grateful.
