rblu19 3 Posted February 11, 2021 Posted February 11, 2021 I just set up live tv, and I've been more or less able to do everything except actually tune to a channel (or record for that matter). When I attempt to tune to a channel, after pressing play on the info screen for the program, it'll attempt to load for a sec, and then a screen will appear reading "No compatible streams are currently available. Please try again later or contact your system administrator for details." At the point that the screen appears, the program itself appears to close out (emby server icon in the taskbar - icon visible, emby server on. Icon not present, server program isn't running. Basically the moment the message appears the icon leaves). The closing out seems to occur when any attempt is made to tune to a channel, because it also did the same thing when trying to record a show - recording was set from 6:58 - 7:35 (padding), every time I tried to reopen the server during that timeframe, it would almost immediately close itself out again. Opening after 7:35 presented no issues, unless I was attempting to tune to a channel. I've attached 3 files from a test I did, I had otherwise cleared out the log folder beforehand, so I know these 3 were a direct result of the test. I opened the server program, attempted to tune to a show (the show was in HD for whatever that is worth, though the same problem presented itself with SD shows, so I don't think that's the issue), and the program closed itself out. These files were created from that short timeframe. Whatever help you can give, I appreciate. embyserver.txt hardware_detection-63748583115.txt unhandled_79d1e2bd-c6a1-4b5c-b840-7d8ba8886eae.txt
Carlo 4560 Posted February 11, 2021 Posted February 11, 2021 Hi, Your unhandled log file shows this entry: System.IO.DirectoryNotFoundException: System.IO.DirectoryNotFoundException: Could not find a part of the path 'C:\Users\Public\Videos\Pause Buffer'. Did you by any chance set this up manually in the GUI but didn't create the directory on the HDD first? Either way make sure this folder exists and that the user running Emby has full access to this folder.
Luke 42077 Posted February 11, 2021 Posted February 11, 2021 Hi, I'll update the server to catch this handle it more gracefully. Thanks. 1
