Tony B. 38 Posted February 8, 2021 Posted February 8, 2021 I need to delete the assignment for a channel I accidentally mapped without deleting the entire guide. Would anyone be able to help?
Carlo 4561 Posted February 10, 2021 Posted February 10, 2021 Are you able to remap it to the proper channel?
Tony B. 38 Posted February 10, 2021 Author Posted February 10, 2021 I don't need to remap. Remove the mapping.
Carlo 4561 Posted February 10, 2021 Posted February 10, 2021 What's the source? Tuner (if so which kind) or M3U file?
Tony B. 38 Posted February 10, 2021 Author Posted February 10, 2021 Emby guide data. I accidentally mapped it and the only way, without wiping it in the database, is to start all my guides over
Carlo 4561 Posted February 10, 2021 Posted February 10, 2021 Deactivate the problem channel in xTeVe. In Emby open and save the tuner to allow it to refresh everything. Now the channel is gone. Add it back again in xTeVe and again open the tuner in Emby and save it which will reload and put the channel back. It should not have any mapping now hopefully.

Tony B. 38 Posted February 10, 2021 Author Posted February 10, 2021 I will when I'm not so busy. Preparing for a trip.
Carlo 4561 Posted February 10, 2021 Posted February 10, 2021 I could PM you instructions but would rather not post this publicly as it could cause issues if not done correctly. I should be able to fix this rather quickly remotely however. Let me know.
