Can’t see photos

I’m running a Nethserver based on Centos 7.9 and have downloaded and installed the latest version of emby.

I’ve tried placing media files in several different locations with emby:emby being the owner. I can see and play the videos, but the photo folders show up as empty. Even if I mix the folder with photos and videos, only videos show. I do have the box checked to show photos and to create thumbnails.

What am I missing?

thanks

HI there, can you please go over an example? How did you setup the library in emby library setup? Thanks.

Have you created any other emby libraries?

Yes, with the same results. All I see are videos

What libraries have you created, and what folder paths did you add to each one?

I deleted the libraries, re-chown -R emby:emby /var/lib/emby Media/*, recreated the library and it worked. I just love magic.

TY for your help
