Optional Setting: Pause or Stop scheduled medialibrary scan when trancoder is in use

My PC can comfortably handle the highest transcoder quality setting.  There's still enough CPU resources available for other normal server functionality during the day; except for one event...  during unpexected media library scans.  Untimely media library scans interferes with the transcoder during streaming (at least on my quadcore PC with 8GB's of RAM).

 

It would be great if there was an optional setting for the Media Library scans to stop (at least, until the transcoder stops streaming).  This would seem like an attractive feature for people with average powered CPUs; who have enough CPU power for one streaming client at highest quality transcode.
