problemas con iniciar sesion

buenas tardes he intentado en muchas ocasiones iniciar la sesion de emby en mi tv box tani, y en otro x96 que tengo , en ambos al iniciar se me queda pensando y al final me da cerrar sesión y no se como arreglarlo. con emby movil no hay ningún problema es solo con la de tv box
