Chapter Image Extraction Failed

Any thoughts on why this fails? All my movies are in MKVs and MB3 has been given permissions to access and write to the folders. Here is the relevant log file.

is there a problem in the UI or are you just fishing for issues? it's a two-pass extraction. it's normal for the first pass to sometimes fail, so it tries again in a different way. every once in a while they both fail. not much we can do.

The UI seems intuitive enough, it just doesn't seem to be working. So I guess I'm just fishing. It constantly fails so I was curious if it works for others. OUt of sheer curiosity, is this the only way to grab the chapter screens? I would have imagined that these assets would be fetch-able through some other source as the default chapter information would be pretty universal no?
