Streams crashing

Hi there - streams are starting to randomly crash and some will do it when i try to fast forward. When I check the logs this keeps coming up. Running Docker on top of Debian 9

Hi there, please attach the complete emby server log, and if there was an ffmpeg log, please attach that as well. thanks.

Hi there, back again with same issue. I've screenshot what should be relevant parts of embylog and transcode log. Have some info in complete log that I think would want private but let me know if you need more ty.

also tried streaming externally to VLC which plays everything native on 4k fire stick - no dice. Ty

Also if it helps. My brothers box which is exact same setup as mine, pulls from same library and the file works there with identical setup.
