Emby Premier Fire TV problem

Hi there,

I have a lifetime Emby Premier License on two Servers. Since yesterday the Emby App on the Fire TV always says, there is no Emby Premier License.

On Shield and on the phone there is no problem. Do you have an idear what the problem can be?

Hi.  Make sure the Fire is not being blocked from accessing our server to validate. 

My Emby Key Says it is Invalid or Missing

Removing and adding it again fixed the problem.

Hi.  Make sure they don't have something blocking the app from validating.  Some security or watchdog type software will do this (or a VPN).
