User Groups for Multiple Homes

I share access to my Emby Server with a few members of my family. Is it possible to have a user group for each household, and users assigned to that group would show up on the login screen for that household? That way they don't have to sign in and out each time they login so they can have access to their library and watch history.

I'm pretty sure there was even another more-specific request exactly like this where users were "nested" into sub-users.
