M3U TV - Two XML Guides, what is the priority between them?

I should know this, and I'm sure there is an answer on here, couldn't for the life of me find one..    

BUT....  My question is, if I have 1 m3u iptv source, and two XML guides set to "enabled for all tuners"  how does emby prioritize the guide data?   does it try to fill in all of the guide data with the first one in the list, then only uses the second one for any missing data?    Or does it fill in all it can with the first in the list, then move on to the next xml source and overwrite what was found by the first list?

Priority is in the order they are listed in your guide data sources, although we plan to provide more control over this in future updates.
