Reset password on Emby

Hi, 

I am running Emby container with Cloudbox. since last two weeks, I cannot log in emby anymore. it was showing running circles.  I know I am typing the correct password . but it just won't let me in. 

The URL is http://xx/web/index.html?#!/startup/manuallogin.html?serverId=undefined

Is there a place I can reset my password?

Hi, try just going to this url and going through the login process again:

To there is a issue for the server you are trying to talk to as the url shows undefined, so the UI is blindly trying to communicate with nothing.

I tried to uninstall Emby from Cloudbox, and then re-install. but it keeps the same settings. I wonder if where I can find the settings location so I can remove them? 

Also, where can I find my serverId?

I tried, when I get from that link, it auto redirects to this link again.

I just did. tried on chrome and safari, same result.

cleared the browser cache on my chrome. didn't work.

tried on safari, never tried my emby on the safari before. still didn't work. 

opened a incognite windows, same result.

 do you know where is the location for settings? I want to remove my emby settings, and re-install it. 

I tried uninstall and the re-install, it still keep the old settings.

The uninstall process should give you options to remove all traces, at least in Windows it does.

But all the server configs are in the the Emby programdata folder, name and location will be different on each platform.
