How to filter by actors and genres ??

I feel like there should be checkboxes for these. If I want to mix actors and genres to see both of them.
Right now I have to add actor name as a tag to achieve that.

Also side question, is there a way to display a row of actors on homescreen instead of continue listening or LiveTV?

Hi, no, but perhaps in the future via a smart views/playlists feature that we'd like to do.

Could you tell me. If I spend days editing my metadata for each of 1k movies is there a way to save this? Even if i move them between drives or clouds?

Yes I would suggest enabling the library options to save metadata to nfo files, as well as saving images to original media folders.

Thanks, looks like I always had this enabled, cause I have ".bif" file for every video.

Actually thumbnails have their own dedicated option.
