Intel HW encoding option gone

Just updated to BETA 4.6.0.21 on Ubuntu(PopOS) and now the intel hw Encoder is not visable in the transcoding tab. The Decoder is still there under VAAPI as always.
This has made live-transcoding unusable.

Am I alone with this issue?
