Issues with Devices -> Devices page in settings

1) This list looks more like number of connections, not devices.  I have 49 devices listed!  I use maybe 4.

2) There is a bug with the device edit page.

• Go to Devices -> Devices
• scroll down the devices list enough to make the <-- Devices arrow roll off
• click a device to edit it - observe the <- is missing; at this point you have to use the browser's back button to get back to the list, and if you made a change that change won't show until you F5
