4.5.4.0 - 10th Gen Intel?

Hi all, does the latest stable version (4.5.4.0) include support for 10th gen Intel cpu's (10100)? I want to go from the latest Beta to a clean install of 4.5.4.0 but don't want to lose transcoding support for my cpu
