Tougen 1 Posted January 28, 2021 Posted January 28, 2021 When a new version of an existing movie is added, the nfo is identified from this directory. Instead of searching tmdb again.
neik 873 Posted January 28, 2021 Posted January 28, 2021 1. Remove the old version 2. Run library scan 3. Add the new version 4. Run library scan Following this Emby will search TMDB again.
Q-Droid 989 Posted January 28, 2021 Posted January 28, 2021 Is Refresh Metadata -> Replace all Metadata not working at the movie level?
Tougen 1 Posted January 28, 2021 Author Posted January 28, 2021 There is no nfo recognition error for the newly added movie. For example,"ironman (2008) - 720p" and "ironman (2008) - 1080p" already exist, it is correct, and its recognition is wrong after adding "ironman (2008) - 4k".
Luke 42078 Posted January 28, 2021 Posted January 28, 2021 Hi there, please go over an example. thanks.
Tougen 1 Posted January 28, 2021 Author Posted January 28, 2021 /Movies /Iron Man (2008) Iron Man (2008) - 1080p.mkv (Existing content) Iron Man (2008) - 1080p.nfo (nfo information is correct) Iron Man (2008) - 720p.mp4 (Existing content) Iron Man (2008) - 720p.nfo (nfo information is correct) Iron Man (2008) - 4K.mkv (Add new content) Iron Man (2008) - 4K.nfo (After scanning emby generate,Its information is wrong.May be 'Iron Man 2' or 'Iron Man 3'.I need to correct it manually in emby.) I filename Chinese. It may be incorrectly recognized.I hope to add the new version of the movie based on the existing nfo to generate the correct nfo information.
Luke 42078 Posted January 31, 2021 Posted January 31, 2021 Can you please attach the emby server log from when it was added to the library? Thanks.
