Suggestions for new content in the scan database

When a new version of an existing movie is added, the nfo is identified from this directory. Instead of searching tmdb again.

4. Run library scan

Following this Emby will search TMDB again.

There is no nfo recognition error for the newly added movie. For example,"ironman (2008) - 720p" and "ironman (2008) - 1080p" already exist, it is correct, and its recognition is wrong after adding "ironman (2008) - 4k".
