allen1952 0 Posted January 28, 2021 Posted January 28, 2021 (edited) Hi Everyone I'm new so bear with me. I searched for something on this topic but I didn't find anything that was useful so here is my problem. I have two servers, one windows 10 and one Ubuntu 20.10. I had the same problems on both computers in that i could not connect from any other device. I solved the problem on the windows 10 machine by completely uninstalling the server and all additional files and then reinstalling the server, It worked like a charm and I was able to connect with my mobile device. I would like to do the same thing in Ubuntu but when i uninstall from the installed software folder it uninstalls the server itself but doesn't purge all the accompanying files. Would someone please give me a quick tutorial on how to purge these additional files. I can use the terminal just OK so explicit instructions would help the best Edited January 28, 2021 by allen1952

This and it's sub directories hold all this info. Remove that and try again. Let us know how you make out.
