Emby showing both 1080p and 4k files in continue watching tab

is there a way that i can only see 1080p files in my watch list instead of seeing both the 4k and 1080p?...at the moment am watching a tv show and in my library i have both 4k and 1080 version but i am playing the 1080 at the moment but when i go to my continue watching tab both the 4k and 1080p show up which is confusing because i dont want to transcode the 4k file by mistake.

This doesn't answer your question, but it might help to rename one of then as Your Honor (US) 4K or similar. So edit the metadata for the series and change the Title (not Original Title or Sort Title) to .....4K.
