New video I loaded to library and I get the dreaded "No compatible streams are currently available. Please try again later or contact your system administrator for details."

Plays fine on VLC or Windows "Movies and TV" programs.

Please find all logs from /var/lib/emby-server/logs attached.

Hi, either the file path is not valid, the file has gone missing, or emby server is being denied access to it. I would look into that and then that should resolve your issue.

Luke, I knew you'd nail it straight away...

I uploaded it to my NAS drive that Emby was looking at, but there was a x amount of time when it had finished copying across, the library did an auto scan, recognised the file and popped it into the library. 

I in between renamed it, hadn't done a rescan of the library to update new file name.

Did a manual rescan and it worked.
