Sur Plex il suffit de créer un compte et ajouter ce compte ami via son adresse mail et il reçoit une notification comme de quoi je l'ai ajouté et le tour est joué. Merci

Check out this KB article which can be useful but the process is mostly self explanatory when you try it yourself.
