Bug: Library scan % complete

The settings page displays a (very simplistic, too simple) progress bar when scanning the media libraries. There are a lot of functions not represented in the progress bar. If you tail the embyserver.log often you can see emby doing a lot of background work but the progress bar doesn't move.

For example, scan a large library with hundreds or thousands of videos. Then delete that library and scan again. Emby will spend 5 minutes removing the files but the progress bar doesn't change. 

I expect this is creating a lot of posts about "progress bar frozen"
