My TV box is Dangbei B3 Pro.When i login my account,it show a message:"Volleyerror com.Android.Volley.Volleyerror:timeout error"

I have rename my TV box as "DB",but it dosen't work.

Hi.  It appears the app/device cannot reach your server at all.  Are you sure you are using the proper address?

i'm login my server on Computer browser,it's ok.

login my server on my phone,it's ok.

only login my server on TV BOX,it's not ok.

On the page where you try to login in the TV app, there should be a "Send Logs" button.  Can you make the error happen and then hit that button?  Then come here and tell me exactly what time you did that.

Hi.  I meant to press the button to send the log from the app again.  However, first, let's be sure you changed the device name properly.  I meant in the settings on the device itself, not in our server device list.  Is that where you changed it?
