BorgSquared 2 Posted August 5, 2014 Posted August 5, 2014 For some reason I cannot seem to automatically get people metadata. It only grab the data for actors/crew when I go to the metadata editor and say identify. It should be doing that automatically for new shows/movies. This system migrated from MB2 back when MB3 just came out. IBN people folder is not in the new folder format. I tried converting to the new format manually (copied folders in to new A-Z folders) but MB ignored them and just recreated the moved folders. I don't know if the metadata fetching issue is due to the old folder format or not. Is there a fix or workaround for this?

Spaceboy 2573 Posted August 28, 2014 Posted August 28, 2014 I pointed mbs at my existing ibn folder and just left it. works fine, just the 82000 sub folders!
