IPTV Plugin and ffmpeg

hi experts,

 

i have an issue with IPTV Plugin and ffmpeg ... i saw that when i saw live tv via plugin its laggy or buffers due to (i think) ffmpeg .. but when i play the same video with IPTV Smarters app it works fine

 

is there something wrong with my settings .. i.e ffmpeg version or any other suggestions please

I think I am seeing this as well, at least I have some unexplainable hickups from time to time.

Just happened today when I was watching soccer, the stream simply quitted.
I see this in the log:

19:00:43.467 https://xxxxx/api/stream/xxxxxxxxxxxx/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/livetv.epg/xxxxxxxx.m3u8: Operation not permitted

I know you would say, it's the providers fault but I had the exact same stream open in parallel on my PC using VLC and there it just worked fine, no hickups no stopping.

Unfortunately, Emby can't direct play that stream to see how it would behave without ffmpeg "interfering".

Eager to see the new LiveTV stuff you guys are developing to see if this gets better.
