rajurules 1 Posted January 15, 2021 Posted January 15, 2021 (edited) I switched computers and used the emby premier back up and sync plugin which has worked out flawlessly in the past. Specs: windows 10 home edition latest version Graphics Card: R7 370 CPU: A8 7600 Ram: Some rando 8 GB Hyper X Ram Emby 4.5.4.0 Google drive via file stream app Troubleshooting: - Double checked have the correct permissions for the drive - Network is good, tried with VPN and without - Tried outside of Lan and on LAN - Attached encoding log that shows "Corrupted CTTS Error and error reading header" - Same error occurs on web playback on Chrome / Edge/ Different Computers and iPhone app (So client has been ruled out as an variable) - None of the bitrates etc have been tampered with. I have been a long time user 8+ years I think now. And lifetime premiere user for over 2 years, been good so far, but I just cant shake this error off. ffmpeg-transcode-fffba248-74bd-4654-97f7-e491b607236d_1.txt Edited January 15, 2021 by rajurules

Luke 42083 Posted January 18, 2021 Posted January 18, 2021 Hi, this looks like either a poorly muxed mp4 that ffmpeg is having trouble reading, or a corrupted file.
