Emby buffering on all devices remotely and local

Hi there, 

My Emby server has started to buffer on TV shows, recorded videos, Live Tv M3u List, and music. I have checked my home network and there is no issues. 

My Emby Server is running on Windows 10 Enterprise  with 

intel i7 CPU. 

24 GB of RAM 

2 Network cards 

the buffering happens on local network and remotely with custom port opened with static WAN IP. I have reviewed my settings and I have made adjustments so far no luck. I know my case does not provide that much of details, please point me to a direction I will upload

Hi, If things WERE running fine previously, the first thing I'd do is reboot your equipment including your cable modem, the router (if different) and hubs and lastly when everything is back up your Emby Server.

This step will hopefully eliminate the typical cause of things going wonky for no reason.  If this doesn't work, let us know and we'll take it from there.
