user101xy 26 Posted January 11, 2021 Posted January 11, 2021 Hi I use Emby for iOS 2.0.2 and I recognized, that the stream doesn´t run smoothly. I have tested it with WiFi and LTE 4G. Both have this issue. What could be the reason and how to prevent it?

I can only say that i have Synology Server 4.5.4.0 and i open the Emby App on iOS and select a channel to watch. After starting a stream, the playback stutter a little bit and it will not run smoothly. On Emby for Windows or Mac it runs perfect, but on iOS the stream isn´t very nice to watch.

user101xy 26 Posted January 11, 2021 Author Posted January 11, 2021 If you mean the Logs? I click on Log, on iOS but the page with the Logs, won´t be opened. It don´t load the Logs.

Luke 42077 Posted January 14, 2021 Posted January 14, 2021 There's nothing obvious in the log file. What you can do is try lowering the in-app quality setting and see if that helps.
