Server not restarting

my emby is in trouble when i click the button to restart the emby server it restarts no longer opens alone again i have to run it again

one more doubt because when i finish watching a movie or series the emby does not mark it as reproduced it is not marking as reproduced for min no emby

can someone help me when i click for the emby server to restart it does this but does not open again alone what can it be?
