multiple same title appears in my server but I dont have the movie

I hope this is the correct place to post. I have multiple folders appearing on my server of the same show, but I dont have that show. This issue didnt just happen but I figured let me just post & see if there is a way to remove. Each folder seems to come back to one of my trailers but I dont know why & they show up on my rokus & fire tvs also.Thanks

I would try using the metadata editor to see what path they are pointing to.

When I go into the metadata editor for each one, it shows a path to different trailers that I have stored for some of my movies.

I'd probably suggest checking your trailer naming conventions against our movie naming guide.

I'll do that but I just deleted them & am going to reboot & see if they reappear. I'm just waiting for my daughter to finish watching her show.

All good. Deleting them solves the problem. I feel stupid because that's something I should have known. Thanks guys.

So i spoke to soon. I checked to see if my trailers were still that but the server always has a trailer button for each movie so I checked on my roku & all the trailers for the items I deleted were gone. 

I changed the file extension to .mkv & re added the trailer & Mickey mouse came back. Now I just redownload a trailer & created a new folder & so far so good. The trailer shows up on roku & no Mickey mouse....lol.

Ok all good now. Figured out what was the issue.... all those folders that I deleted were spelt trailer... without the s.... strange but at least all corrected. Thanks.
