Synced Emby user data

I am just setting up my second Emby server, a Synology NAS for home. I use Emby on a Macbook Pro on the boat. I would like to have the shows that I have watched on one show up as watched on both but can't find out how with a search. Is it possible and, if so, how?

Hi, probably the easiest method would be to use the Trakt plugin.  You would get your 1st server setup and synced to Trakt, then your second machine.

Once both are in sync with Trakt you should be able to watch anything on either system and it will get reflected as watched on the other server.

Thank you for the reply. I looked and don't feel that I would get the value out of a recurrent subscription. Now for the memory exercises....

Not sure what that means.  You don't need to get a VIP trakt subscription.  It should work ok with a free subscription.
