I cant see the option to unlock the app

is Emby unlock feature limited to certain locations..i have tried to see if i can unlock the app with no success, i don't get the prompt to unlock the app on my android even on my android box, when i play a video it just stops after a few seconds nothing shows up about unlocking the app..
