danpol 12 Posted January 5, 2021 Posted January 5, 2021 I cannot connect to server via tv or phone after moving router downstairs I deleted server from tv and firestick now i cannot connect at all then tried to connect to the ip 192.168.1.* cannot find server. should i delete emby server from pc then reinstall and start from scratch there is no LAN acess on dashboard anymore thanks
Luke 42080 Posted January 6, 2021 Posted January 6, 2021 Hi there, did your server ip address change? Sounds like it may have changed and you need to use a different ip address in the Emby apps that you are using. Does this help?
danpol 12 Posted January 6, 2021 Author Posted January 6, 2021 sorted it out I have a Netgear router as well as isp modem so when I connected ethernet cables I connected them to isp modem when I should have connected them to Netgear router all back working again thanks
