Luke 42077 Posted January 4, 2021 Posted January 4, 2021 Hi there, did you follow our hardware acceleration setup guide? https://support.emby.media/support/solutions/articles/44001160148-hardware-acceleration-overview

It mentions a min driver version, but I have no idea how to see driver version and apparently I can not update drivers, have to be updated in unraid release? But... the card is shown in unraid so it is apparently working, but emby does not see it.
renewgeorgia 0 Posted January 4, 2021 Author Posted January 4, 2021 Found my driver, it meets the minimum.... any ideas please? Nvidia Driver Version: 455.38 Installed GPU(s): 0: Quadro P2000 09:00.0 GPU-ca5a1351-effb-02ea-23e7-065bd4907d01
RanmaCanada 494 Posted January 5, 2021 Posted January 5, 2021 You would be better to ask this on the unraid forums as it is an ongoing problem with Plex and Emby. but here is a nice video that should help.
renewgeorgia 0 Posted January 5, 2021 Author Posted January 5, 2021 Thanks for the advice. I figured it out... https://forums.unraid.net/topic/98978-plugin-nvidia-driver/ had to edit the emby install to see the card. anyone else have this issue, go to that link to solve.
Luke 42077 Posted January 5, 2021 Posted January 5, 2021 Glad you figured it out. Thanks for the feedback.
