Can't connect from another network

When I connected with emby connect it shows the server's name but I can't connect with it, it says "Connection Failure We're unable to connect to the selected server right now. Please ensure it is running and try again." In emby server shows that 192.168.1.108 is ip and 8096 is port. I can't portforward that ip and remote (WAN) access just doesn't load. I'm doing it on android phone

Hi there, are you sure Emby Server is started and running? Why can't you setup port forwarding?
