Emby iOS Live TV Issue

Morning,

On iOS everytime in the Emby app I try to stream live tv I’m greeted with “Playback Error/No compatible streams are currently available. Please try again later or contact your admin for details.”

Streaming live tv from same server using safari works fine. Safari works locally on network or on cellular on iPhone 12 Pro Max. 
 

l am not positive but something in logs points to a “http://http://localhost:8000/web/get services”. I can’t find anywhere I’m listing HTTP myself that I shouldn’t have it for it to be doubling it? Also seeing in logs something is erroring about getting TV timers but I think it’s the double HTTP deal?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Hi, I would check the vuPlus plugin settings. Sounds like you may have mis-configured it using that double http path prefix. Please let us know if this helps. thanks.

I don’t ever even recall messing with VU? Is this right or wrong though?

Ok so then try removing the vuplus plugin, then restart the server and see if this resolves your issue. thanks.

The same thing started happening to me over the last couple of weeks. Any Live TV channel I try to watch on my IOS Emby app gives the same Playback Error.

 

I haven't changed any plugins for months.
