Unlock App only working on one device?

Hi there

I have purchased an app unlock for android device but when i go to my second device it does not allow playback and asks me to unlock again (first device ok)

I have tried restoring unlock but does not find anything? both devices using the same playstore  account on and emby connect account and connected to the same server.

Any ideas, is the unlock per device or per account?

Hi.  The unlock is per store account and app.  What are the devices?

Hi there

They are 2 android tv devices, i purchased the unlock on the main device, but the bedroom one does not find a purchase it pops up with my card details again asking me to buy. 

Its linked to the same play store account as the account its trying to buy with is the same saved account with the same card details

It does that when you press "Restore Unlock"?

yeah if i do that it says "unlock not purchased"

How long ago did you purchase the unlock?  You are 100% certain that it is the same Google Account?

Was purcahsed a few hours ago, yep... same emby account signed in and same play account just checked again

Okay, yeah, that's what I was thinking.  Maybe it takes Google a bit of time to sync that info to all devices.
