crusher11 1102 Posted December 27, 2020 Posted December 27, 2020 (edited) I have the Harry Potter films in both 4K HDR and 1080p SDR versions. But Goblet of Fire, for some reason, isn't working. If I access it from the "Movies" screen, I get only the 4K HDR version. If I access it from the "Collections" screen, where it resides in the "Harry Potter: Hogwarts Collection" collection, I do get a version dropdown but it only allows me to choose between a version called "1080p SDR" and a version called "Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire", which contains no video or audio streams, and there is no option to split the versions apart. If I search for "Goblet of Fire", it returns only one movie listing (which only has the 4K version), one trailer listing, and an episode of Psych. All seven other Potter films work just fine. So. Why do I only get the version dropdown if I access the film via the collection? Why is the 4K version listed by the full name of the film instead of just "4K HDR" like every other film? What have I done wrong here? AFAIK it was working just fine previously, and my system works for everything else in my collection. I have separate folders for 4K and non-4K movies, for access control reasons, and then manually group the versions of each. I've attached a screenshot of the file naming and of the item detail screen showing the dropdown for the 4K version, which also shows that there are no video or audio details. Solution Happy2Play 9783 Posted December 27, 2020 Solution Posted December 27, 2020 What shows in Media Info section? Have you tried splitting apart then regrouping?
crusher11 1102 Posted December 27, 2020 Author Posted December 27, 2020 I didn't think the Split option was there before, but I must have overlooked it. Splitting and recombining seems to have fixed it. 1
