Metadata Correct in Metadata Manager but missing elsewhere

Emby Version 4.5.4.0
Running on Windows 10 Pro 20H2

The two screen captures explain my problem better than I can in words. The Metadata Manager shows all the episodes for all the seasons with the correct metadata.

When I browse to the particular show and select a season, some of the episodes are "Missing" and do not show the title, etc.

Hi, what does the metadata look like for episode 2 and 3 of season 4?

Do you see a path to your files listed?

Can you take a picture of your disc setup for season 4 for us as well?

Try disabling it and then running a library scan.

If you disable this option in user setting do they appear properly?  User Icon-Display

Also if you enter on of those Missing episodes is there a Split Apart option down near the Media Info?

Thanks to all of you for your suggestions. After several Library scans the problem resolved itself.

I enabled the feature for importing missing episodes because I wanted to create a report of missing episodes.
