I would like to purchase premier but for server to support users with all features 

or to buy separate feature like themes support is that possible?

Hi.  If you purchase Premiere, all users of your server will get the Premiere features.  Does that answer your question?

So each server will count as one premeire user? Or they will count each user from the 25 premiere limit?

Hi , i have read the article and was helpfull but i still have some questions,

the devices that going to be connected to the server are going to change regularly, so is the premiere counting the devices connected to  the server only while being used ( if 20 devices connected and then closed and another 20 connected does that count as 20 or 40 ?)

is there a way to apply a theme accross all clients through the server??

i need the premiere for the themes and mobile apps play back and offline download

Not at this time.  Themes are selected by each user in each app.

This isn't a simultaneous count license if that's what you're asking. When the device connects it's counted for about a week and if not used in that time period falls off the device list.

Yes, you can use the same license on 2 or more servers but your device count is based on Premiere key/device so the combination of unique devices is your count regardless of what server they use.  When the specific device connects to either server it's using 1 device and doesn't matter if using server A, B or both A & B as it's still ONE DEVICE against your Premiere License.
