group versions

@Luke mentioned the "group versions" feature in several threads, but i can't find anything in the knowledge base about it nor can i find it in the gui. My movie structure looks like this

movies/

• movie name (year).mkv
• movie name (year) - alternate cut.mkv

I do not use subfolders. Can i somehow achieve these versions are shown as one movie with a drop down to choose the version?

Hi.  To use the automatic grouping, you need to store each movie in its own folder.  Specifics here: Movie Naming

Or, you can group them manually.
