Auto resume android auto

I have a pioneer with android auto headunit in my car.  I have auto resume checked within the settings.  The issue is it is not working with Emby.  Is there a way to set this so that when my car starts and android auto automatically starts that Emby resumes playback? As of now I have to open Emby and find my song everytime...thanks

Thanks for making this possible in the newest Android Auto update, it surprised me when I got in the car today.  But I have another request if possible....

 

1) Is there a chance that the song can continue at the current position within the track?  It would come in handy for longer songs....

2) implement a scroll bar at the bottom of the screen to jump to different positions within the track....

Hi, if you're talking about something from within android auto, that's a google application, not ours. We're only supplying the content that it shows.
