3.0.13 alternate startups shows taskbar

Up until the recent update ET would always start in full screen for me (I have it in TV mode).

But, now every second start will have the taskbar showing and alternate starts will be full screen without a taskbar. 

And I really do mean alternate - so runs 1, 3, 5, 7 will show the taskbar and runs 2, 4, 6, 8 won't. It's really weird.

The windows Taskbar will be visible at the bottom of the screen. Clicking on the screen does nothing, clicking and re-clicking the ET maximise/restore button does nothing either.

Restarting ET fixes it, and then clicking and re-clicking the ET maximise/restore does switch between fullscreen and windowed.

But, then on another restart it stuck with the taskbar showing again.,

This occurs on two totally different PCs (NUC with Intel GPU and desktop PC with AMD GPU).

 

On the previous version of ET every launch would go full screen.
