ET not respecting preferred refresh rates

I have my preferred refresh rates set too:

23;24;25;29;30 and when I play live tv with enable refresh rate change it changes to 50 or 60hz and my tv goes black as it does not support this frequency though raw RGB GPU 10 bit.

The previous version of ET honoured set refresh rates but the newly updated version has lost this ability

In the previous version if I set preferred refresh rate to 23;24;25;30it would only use those refresh eg if live tv is broadcast at 50hz or 60hz it would choose 25 or 30hz and not go over what my tv can support

I believe that's happening because it's a multiple. Anyway we are currently revamping the windows app and will review this as part of that. Thanks.
