ASS subtitle problem

I just sent a Report via Android TV.

Trying to play Attack on Titan S01ep09 and Subs fail to show. Log is for version 4.6.0.6 but i have the same issue with 4.6.0.9

Seems subs are working on the android app.. I updated to server 4.6.0.10 but still no change on Android TV or web browser.

Have similar problem. Some videos with internal ASS play direct,  others transcode. Log of transcode in attachment. But i think it is because if they use some weird fonts but i am no expert here. ffmpeg-transcode-ddb674e0-a084-406f-b648-4b34a2218f75_1.txt

Hi there @David Patt  did you explore the stats feature in the video player to learn why it was transcoding?

It says unsupported subtitle format. But some tv shows with ASS subtitle play direct no problem. Or is there more subgroups of ASS subtitles ?
