Hi when emby converts videos does it keep all the channels or cut it to 2.1 Audio?

It preserves the audio formats (2ch, 5.1ch, 7ch, etc.) and languages and converts the codecs. If the source has three audio tracks the conversion will too. It doesn't extract all of the subtitles but that might be based on language selection in the setup for subs.
